A breakdown of what we aimed to solve, who we designed for, and what we delivered.

Challenge

Sales teams don’t “explore”, they scan, prioritize, and act.
So the interface must reduce noise while keeping the right data instantly accessible.

The challenge was designing a dashboard that supports fast decision-making across multiple workflows—without overwhelming users with tabs, metrics, and clutter

Key Dashboard Screens

A set of core screens designed for daily execution, keeping the experience clean, scannable, and performance-driven from first login to deal progress.

Where CRM Decisions Happen

Most decisions happen inside the Pipeline + Lead Profile when reps ask:

  1. What should I follow up on right now?

  2. Which stage is this lead in, and why?

  3. What’s the next best action (call, email, task)?

  4. Is this deal moving or stuck?

The layout answers these quickly through pipeline stages, lead context, activity history, and tasks/reminders.
So teams can act with confidence instead of guessing

We designed a modern CRM experience that balances high data density with calm usability. The UI prioritizes hierarchy, modular components, and consistent patterns, so users move faster without losing context.
